Our CrossFit Kids classes are designed to help children build strength, coordination, confidence, and resilience — all while having a ton of fun.
Whether your child already loves to move or needs a positive outlet for their energy, our program meets them where they are.
Who Is It For?
Our CrossFit Kids sessions are designed for ages 5–12, althgough all kids are welcome.
There’s no fitness requirement and no prior experience needed. The only real limiting factor is attention span. If your child can listen, follow simple directions, and participate in a group setting for 45 minutes, they’ll do great.
What Happens In A Class?
Each class blends:
- Age-appropriate strength work
- Running, jumping, agility, and coordination drills
- Games that build confidence and encourage social interaction
- Skill development with safe, scaled movements
We focus on teaching kids how to move well first. Mechanics, consistency, then intensity — always in that order.
There are no heavy barbells, no pressure, and no comparisons. Just learning, movement, encouragement, and high-fives.
