- If you decide to rejoin us in the future (and we’d love to have you back), please note that the membership rates in effect at that time will apply, as rates are subject to change.
- If you’re considering pausing your membership instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request.
- If you’re certain about canceling, please fill out and submit the form on this page. This will serve as your 30-day cancellation notice, as required by your membership agreement.
- Please be aware that if you have a payment scheduled within this period, it will be processed as usual. Your membership will officially close at the end of the final paid membership period. All payments are non-refundable.
- Cancelling your membership before the end of any agreed commitment period may incur an early termination fee, as outlined in your membership agreement.
