Membership Hold Request

We totally understand that life can sometimes throw curveballs that force us to step away from the gym for a short while. We hope this is just a temporary pause rather than a permanent one.

A few important things to keep in mind about this request:

  1. You have the flexibility to place your monthly or prepaid membership on hold for any reason.
  2. Membership hold duration is limited to 2 weeks minimum and 8 weeks maximum.
  3. During your hold, your access to the members-only features and info on Chalk It Pro, including in-gym and On The Go programming, will be suspended.
  4. When your hold period ends, your membership will automatically reactivate, and regular renewal payments will resume. Your original agreement will be extended by the duration of the hold.
  5. This is not a cancel request. If you decide to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 30-day cancellation notice outlined in your membership agreement will apply.
