CrossFit Group Classes

OnRamp Program

The OnRamp Program is a low-stress introduction to training at CrossFit Chamblee. You’ll learn movements, understand how workouts are scaled, and build confidence with coaching that meets you where you are so you can transition into classes feeling prepared and capable.

CrossFit Kids

CFC Kids helps children build strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun, age-appropriate environment. Classes focus on movement skills, teamwork, and healthy habits while helping kids develop a positive relationship with fitness.

“CFC On The Go” Programming

CFC On The Go gives members access to travel-friendly workouts so fitness doesn’t stop when life gets busy. Stay consistent at home, on the road, or during packed weeks without losing momentum.

InBody Testing
